Vondre Collective started because Andre kept running into the same limitation at larger academies: a fixed venue meant turning away students who lived or worked nowhere near it, and a roster of instructors meant a student's coach could change from week to week. Coaching island-wide, on whichever court a student already has, is a direct response to both problems.
He splits his week across private lessons, small-group sessions, junior coaching, and corporate clinics and tournaments, moving between condo courts, public courts, and private facilities depending on where the day's sessions are booked.
